Personal
Strengths Inventory
1. Dedicated – I am good at taking
on a job and getting it done well. When I am assigned a project I devote my time and energy to doing the best job I possibly
can
2. Honest – I am always faithful
and truthful. If for some reason I do not fulfill my duties or stick to my word I am always honest as to the reasons why I
could not meet the deadline. I have not, do not, and will not steal from anyone, ever. I know how hard it is to be successful
and the time that goes into it. I would never try to set people back or take away from their hard worked earnings.
3. Reliable – I do not make promises
or commitments I do not intend to keep. I have never been known as a “no show”. It is important to me to keep
my word and on schedule. I never show up late and I am always willing to be flexible with others needs and schedules.
4. Quick Learner – I have an excellent
ability to soak up knowledge quickly. If someone teaches/shows me something once, I am capable of picking it up and never forgetting it, as long as that knowledge is put to use.
5. Excellent teacher – This is one
of my strengths that uses many different skills. One of the most important is patience. I have learned to be patient and understanding
when teaching new things no matter how small or big they might be. I encourage practice and reinforcement. Never do I let
anybody walk away from an explanation stumbled and confused.
Personal
Weaknesses Inventory
1. Compassionate – I tend to be overly
sympathetic or empathetic with other peoples situations. When I see a person is upset and weak, I tend to go out of my way
to help them. It is hard for me to look past somebody going through a rough time.
2. Accepting – I am too accepting
of others and will do a lot if I’m asked or told. My weakness is in saying no. I try very hard to please others, especially
my superiors, therefore making it difficult to stand up and say enough is enough. I am reliable and do good work so it is
easy for others to ask me for help in completing certain projects or assignments.
3. Procrastinator – It is hard for
me to dive into a project early on before the deadline. It is not a matter of not knowing how to or wanting to do the work
but rather that I perform best when I work against time. I develop extra speed as I approach a deadline.
4. Neatness – At times, my need for
perfection can create more work and therefore hold me back from finishing as quickly as desired. I like to have everything
organized and planned accordingly. I will easily give up time to straighten things out and regain neatness.
5. My Emotions – I always express
my thoughts and feelings. Whether I am happy or angry I will always speak my mind and tell it how it is. It is had for me
to let things go unless they are fully addressed and resolved.
